The Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority (“MPEA”) is accepting bids from qualified contractors to furnish all labor, equipment, tools and parts necessary to perform replacement repair and emergency services of overhead doors.

All interested contractors are required to attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting on Thursday, September 29, 2022 at 10:00 am; we will kick-off the meeting in the Corporate Center, 301 E. Cermak Road, Chicago, IL 60616 – upon arrival, check in with the receptionist at the front desk (1st level), all attendees will be directed to the 5th floor Board Room. After quick introductions and a brief overview of bid expectations/requirements, please be prepared to walk the campus – comfortable shoes are recommended!

• Addendum 1 (answers to all questions received) is due to be posted by end of day on Friday, October 7, 2022
• Electronic bids are by 12:00 noon (CST) on Monday, October 24, 2022 to mpeaprocurement.com
