MPEA will conduct three (3) separate pre-submittal site visits of the Lakeside Center related to the RFI for the Lakeside Center Redevelopment. The first site visit will be held on Wednesday, October 12, 2022 @ 10:00 am (CST) and all interested parties are encouraged to attend.

Each tour will begin in the Lakeside Ballroom, attendees that are planning to drive must park outside Gate 30 (image of parking below), proceed inside and up to Level 3 Ballroom.

All participants should be prepared to walk throughout the campus – please reach out to mpeaprocurement@mpea.com for accessibility.
