All interested proposers are recommended to attend the pre-proposal conference, scheduled for Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at 9:00 AM (CST). The pre-submittal conference meeting for the McCormick Place Management RFP will now be held in McCormick Place’s West 192.

The meeting room is located in the West Building on the first level. Floor plans identifying the location are available on the McCormick Place website: https://mccormickplace.com/wp-content/uploads/floor-plan-images/pdfs/West-Level-1.pdf
