A mandatory pre-proposal meeting and walk-through will be held on Wednesday, July 21, 2021 at 9:00 am (CST) related to RFP #2021-12-M for Elevator and Escalator Maintenance Services. The meeting will be held at the MPEA Corporate Center, located at 301 East Cermak Road, Chicago, Illinois 60616 (5th Floor, Board Room – please check in with receptionist on 1st floor, lobby level. Lot A, Level 1 is the designated parking garage).

A tour of portions of the facility will be conducted immediately following the meeting, proposers must be prepared to walk in between various buildings. Contractors that do not attend this mandatory meeting and site visit will be in ineligible to submit a response as a Prime Contractor for these services.
